Circles, Circles Everywhere!

One of these days I will actually go out and take a picture instead of recycling old ones. *sigh*

Notre Dame

Pantheon (Paris)

Vatican

And the quintessential circle picture......*drum roll*

Catacombs (Salzburg)

I saw it and screamed "CIRCLES!!!!" It's perfect for this week, I think

Gorgeos circle of sustenance

This is one of the pizzas that was served at my wedding lunch. It's twenty-four inches across and so beautiful I'm tearing up.

Feet

Have you heard about Flat Stanley? This is kind of the same thing, except it is feet.

Have fun!

Next theme will be up on May 25th.

I think it is a sign....

This is written on the wall of the practice space where my friend's band kicks around. They did not write this one, it was already on the wall. They are thinking of making it a song. Nothing like Eskimo prostitutes.

This one they did contribute. Perpetuating the cycle.

This warning goes unnoticed. I think it is due to the Simpsons stickers above. They kind of take away all credibility this wall might have.

Dyslexic men looking for a good time: You've come to the WRONG place.

Where Smurfs go to work

This is a Lego version of the building it's in. You can see the real building here.

Three wheels of terror

I came across this beauty last year while driving out to visit Jeremy's parents at their summer place. It's ginormous. I'm standing even with the front tire.

Signs that make you go "Huh?"

This one made me giggle. What a play on words.

I love the "aginst".

Which 7 days would that be? Hmmm....

I took that last photo from the middle of the street. Luckily, it was in West Yellowstone, Montana so you can almost guarantee there were very few cars on that road.

Funny Thing Found....in the past.

This is a lot harder than I thought it would be.

Here is a picture of "Steve". He lives in Copperton, Utah. He seems jolly enough.

Another flower shot.

I would have posted this earlier, except the flowers didn't appear until today.

Funny Things Found

The theme for this week is Funny Things Found.

Let the funny flow.

Next theme up on the 18th.

That one is looking right at me.

They still look mean to me, Allyson.

One more tulip shot

This is my favorite shot I got on that windy day.

Feel free to comment how much you love it, too.

Not tulips!

Here are some very non-tulip flowers. :)

Okay, there are some tulips here, but let's not pay attention to them.

Okay, I know. Technically a tree. But it is so pretty, I couldn't pass it up.

I used to be scared of these flowers as a kid. I think it was too many viewings of Alice in Wonderland. I thought these flowers had mean faces.

:)

I'm appreciated!

A couple of weeks ago it was administrative professionals' week. On Friday the nurses I work for (there are six of them) gave me this and a sweet card. I had a plant like this in Utah but it didn't move with me.You can also see my desk and camera case. The box isn't usually there, I took it home because we need boxes to pack for the move.

Yay for potted flowers!

A backyard beauty

Ok, so it was actually in the front yard but it's still really pretty. I think it might be a weed of sorts. These flowers are sprinkled throughout one corner of the yard. It's nice to see them in the morning, all covered in dew. (This is an afternoon shot. No dew for you.)

Tulip Festival Redux

I'm lazy and decided to use some of the same pictures here.

Flowers are rare here.

The day I brought my camera to work it was really windy. There were a ton of really pretty tulips and three daffodils.

There are flower beds all over the campus of the hospital where I work. It's so pretty in non-winter months.

Flowers

The theme for this week is flower(s). That is, if you live somewhere where there are flowers. If you are like Jessie and live in the frozen tundra, draw a picture! :)

Next theme will be up next Monday night.
